Call the RACE HOTLINE - (704) 377-8786 or visit www.charlotteturkeytrot.com. A separate entry form is required for each person entering the Charlotte Turkey Trot. All fees are non-refundable. Make checks payable to Charlotte Turkeytrot. T-Shirts are guaranteed to pre-registered runners of the 8K, 5K Walk and Fun Run only and then as supplies last. Tot Trot participants will receive an alternative amenity.

 

Refund Policy
All registration orders are final once payment is submitted. By registering to participate in this event, I acknowledge that I have read and fully understand the terms and conditions of this participation agreement. Further, I agree to this liability waiver.

 

Race Day Parking
Available at the SouthPark Mall.  Please DO NOT PARK AT THE DOUBLETREE OR MARRIOTT HOTELS!  Hotel parking is for hotel guests only!

 

Benefitting
A portion of the proceeds of the Charlotte South Park Turkey Trot 8K goes to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.

 

Please...
No dogs or inline skates. Faiure to adhere to the race rules is grounds for disqualification.

 

Baby Joggers will only be allowed in the 5K walk.  Because of the size of the event we can no longer accommodate Baby Joggers in the 8K.

Our official race photographer is Carolina Snapshot. Pictures will be available at www.carolinasnapshot.com within 4 days of the event.
