Mail-in registrations must be sent by November 18th. T-shirts are only guaranteed to runners who register by 11/18.

Online Registration closes at 6pm on November 23rd! After that time we will have Limited Registration on Wednesday, November 27th from 1pm to 7pm in Southpark Mall in front of Dicks Sporting Goods and Symphony Park in a Race Headquarters Tent.

Registered participants can make changes to their registration up until November 18th. After that changes can be made at packet pickup on Wednesday, November 27th, but there will be a $10 fee. There will be no changes allowed on race day.

INTRODUCING THE FAMILY DISCOUNT PROGRAM:

(Only for Pre-Registered, not available Raceweek)

Only for 8k, 5k & 1 mile events. (tot-trot not included in family discount)

Four (4) or more of any adult type registration - $2.00 off of each registration
Six (6) or more of any adult type registration - $3.00 off of each registration
Eight (8) or more of any adult type registration - $4.00 off of each registration

Rules

Limited to immediate family members only (same surname) in the 8k, 5k &1mile events, Tot Trot not included!
Family discounts must be mailed together or dropped off at Charlotte Running Company
No family discount will be offered week of event

How to register for the Family Discount

Participants who wish to take advantage of the Family Discount Program must use Mail-In Registration only. You may not use Online Registration for the Family Discount Program. Simply add up the normal fees for all participants and then manually take the applicable discounts when calculating your total paymentamount.

Post Race Festivities will be located in Southpark Mall Parking Lot in Front of Dicks Sporting Goods and Symphony park.

NO Race Day Registration will only be available we have reached it's limit. Last year, race day registration was cancelled. PLEASE REGISTER EARLY TO AVOID DISAPOINTMENT! .

Long sleeve t-shirts are guaranteed to pre-registered runners of the 8K, 5K Walk and Fun Run only and then as supplies last. Tot Trot participants will receive a Youth size short sleeve cotton t-shirt. PLEASE NOTE: Tot Trot t-shirts are only offered in unisex youth sizing.
